This is the cute young bodybuilder Thomas Horak showing off his amazing biceps. Those are some incredible bulges, showing just how much dedication this young man has.

I don’t know how much he’s lifting there, but it has to be quite a bit. And I know that’s a tough position to be in too, putting a lot of strain on the abs.
I wish we could see a little more and check out those abs working too, there’s no doubt they’re impressive.

I was in the gym yesterday and there were three guys in their late teens and early 20′s working the free weights. And you can call me a pervert if you like, but they were all really hot and pretty well built too. Not quite to the degree that Thomas is.
But it does amaze me how these young guys have such an interest in their bodies at that age. When I was 20 I was out at the bars and clubs, getting laid and waking up regularly with a hangover. I couldn’t have dreamed of working so hard to build a body like that! I wasn’t a slouch, and I definitely wasn’t lazy. I played plenty of sport and kept in shape. But dedication and work like these guys put in would have been out of the question for me back then!
