Best ways to burn that cam guy fat?

As we approach pool season or want to be the next HOT web cam guy.. I often get asked, What’s the best way to burn fat and lose my belly. Aerobics versus Strength Training, or if traditional exercise is better than intervals.
First off, I want to frame my responses. If you are like me I don’t have much time to devote hours into my workout. So I have found interval training are a better fat burning workout to burn that belly fat.
Having said that, the bottom line for that Cam Guy physique is …In and out of the gym in/under 45mins a couple times a week.
Do 5 minutes of bodyweight exercises to warm-up. I feel this is a more efficient approach than going for a 5minute walk on a treadmill. Then lets move onto strength training supersets. Using two exercises performed back to back with minimum rest between each. Maximizes results while cutting down on that time spent in the gym. And last we move on to 20 minutes of interval training. A warm-up followed by 5 short intervals at a “aggressive level” with short periods of low-intensity recovery. And that’s the workout! Less than 45 minutes.. give or take a few if you include your stop at gym’s cafe for a recovery protein shake.
So Myself, I have found that a combination of strength training and interval training is the best way to burn belly fat quickly for my upcoming live cam show or spring break.

Being a cam guy for nearly 10 years, I get asked what it takes and how to become a cam guy. Well I’ll tell ya. Getting started at a young age is beneficial. A cam guy that is 18-25 is most sought after. You will earn the most money as a cam guy during this period in your life.
Another thing you’ll want to do as a cam guy is…work out. Get a gym membership you mamby pamby! Getting buff is your ticket to riches in the industry. You’ll want 6 pack abs and a some big guns to impress your fans. This way you can concentrate more on your body and less on your package…this means you don’t have to necessarily get nude in order to make money.
Once you get your ripped body, buy a webcam. Preferably a Logitech. Spend the money for a good model…it’ll pay off. Currently the 9000 or Orbital models are the high end options you should be looking at. Also make sure you have a cable internet connection. DSL will do but sometimes it is too slow and jerky. Pretty much any computer these days will do…even the most basic. As long as your computer was purchased in the past 4 years or so, you should be fine.
